The ECRUL Project Management Unit in collaboration with the UNDP successfully convened the Q3 2026 Project Workshop from 14–16 September 2026 in Punakha, bringing together more than 26 Responsible Parties (RPs) to review implementation progress and strengthen project management and reporting systems.
The workshop focused on financial reporting, Standard Progress Reports, and Q3 implementation progress, enabling participants to identify key challenges and agree on practical measures to accelerate implementation. Technical sessions covered Social and Environmental Safeguards (SES), Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH), compliance, and the PSEAH Code of Conduct, with emphasis on field observations, lessons learned, and mitigation measures.
The workshop concluded with a renewed commitment from RPs to strengthen collaboration, improve monitoring and reporting, proactively address implementation challenges, and accelerate project delivery
